FAQs

  • It’s common to find agencies founded by leaders with extensive clinical experience but what we found over the years was that without a combination of both clinical and business backgrounds, clients are left vulnerable to poor caregiving experiences based on hiring practices, miscommunication or a lack thereof, and internal chaos.

Our company was founded by leaders with both healthcare and business backgrounds. We bridge the common gap between quality care and effective management which creates wholistic healthcare and allows our clients to be apart of a community that not only provides exceptional care, but also understands the concepts of hiring quality caregivers, being communicative, responsive, and operating in a way that gives our clients and employees peace of mind.

  • A Plan of Care or POC is an individualized and uniquely tailored tool that outlines your needs, goals, and facilitates your physical, psychological, social, and spiritual care. We will coordinate with your doctor on your behalf, as needed. We will obtain physician orders and communicate with them as needed regarding the outcomes of your orders, Care Plan, and treatment, if applicable.

Home Care POCs do not require a doctor sign-off.
